We had a wonderful experience at Aza. The staff were so welcoming, our suite was very comfortable with a chic rustic feel and had all the amenities, and the grounds were stunning. Cappadocia is a jewel of Turkey, an utterly unique landscape on stone columns and cones. Many fine hotels there, and we selected a very good one: Aza Cave (Adult) Hotel. "Adult" only in that children are not allowed. Our rooms—bedroom, sitting room with a fire place, bathroom with a clawfoot bathroom, plus a patio—were spacious and perfectly situated to views of the stunning landscape. In the morning—whether permitting—hot air balloons could be seen from our window, and one got so close that it seemed it might land in front of us. The breakfast buffet with separate orders of omelettes, etc. is probably the most elaborate we have seen to date. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rules require that a staff member setup and light the fireplace on request. Fatih did this every night for us and we appreciated his service.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in the king suite with balcony and view of the garden which was very nice. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful views, but depending on the day you may not see a lot of balloons in the morning since the hotel is located on the other side of Goreme downtown. The breakfast was very nice. The check in and check out process was easy and the crew was very nice. The pool is beautiful but it was very crowded and the drinks/service is not up to par specially for the price.

Unique setting. Helpful staff. Gorgeous room. Having a pool was fantastic. The organic farm tour was amazing. Breakfast had a delicious selection of regular and local foods. They helped us book all our tours and restaurants bookings. The balloon tour was also recommended by hotel, Turquaz, same owners. I must say the balloon trip was a highlight, book it before arrival though, they will book out. Hotel room was devine. A cave room with bedroom on mezzanine level. Full bathroom and sitting area. Absolutely loved this hotel. The views were towards the pidgeon valley, Sister hotels, short walk away offered opportunitiy to see baloons at sunrise. Beautiful and memorable stay. This is a gorgeous property. The rooms are basically perfect. We only stayed for 1 night due to some issues with the airline, but i don't regret it. My time in there was a dream. The only thing that i didnt like is that they have dos and cats in the property, and they sit on the coach where the guest spend their times too. Im allergic to their fur this is wjy i didn't like it.
