This hotel is by far the best hotel in New York. Starting with the service - it is by far the best. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was great as well. Also, you are in one of the best neighborhood's in New York City. If you are looking for a great hotel that has the entire package, this is it.

Worth the price.
My husband forgot three shirts in the closet. We called security the next morning and the items were at the front desk for pick up at the time requested. And there is a hotel car which will ferry you to closeby places if you talk to the bell captain. Great service here.
Our room was very cold. But I didn't advise the desk so they didn't have the opportunity to correct it. My fault.
Room was beautiful and had a patio. Worth the high tariff.

The room was too hi tech for us. We had trouble turning on the tv, turning on and off the lights, etc. The windows were filthy. Apart from that it was very nice.
