L'ESPACE AL BUSTAN has 4 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages and Thai massages. This was our honeymoon stay directly after our wedding. We booked a suite for 2 nights to celebrate. We had requested honeymoon ammenities and the hotel confirmed it. We reached and room was dull and empty. Half our luggage was in the room and the other half was still in the luggage room. The second day we tried to go to the SPA and they told us in was fully booked, we saw no one in the treatment rooms and we later saw the staff all gathered at the spa lobby, not busy at all, which made us doubt if they were really fully booked. The cherry on top was that while at the spa pool, i called to ask a champagne glass to celebrate my wedding and the phone operator was not cooperative at all. It really felt like none of the staff wanted to do the necessary to give us a memorable stay at a hotel we used to take pride in. So sad!

The indoor pool was not that warm and not clean and ppl throwing their towels and slippers everywhere The breakfast is too poor for a room rated 150$/night No one explained properly where is the gym and how to access it. The hotel wasn’t warm enough, the corridors and the hall are kind of cold. No minibar in the room and the keys are very old (door did not open had to ask for the reception help and waited until another room is available).

Located in a very peaceful and quiet area, this long established classic of age hotel laying on a hill with panoramic view of the city and the sea far below, offers a good old fashioned restaurant, beautiful pub lounge, gorgeous tea room, and a superb full SPA with indoor pool for relaxation, gardens and gardens and finally a swimming pool.
