Bad check-in
When we checked in, we went into our room and it smelled like marijuana. When I looked at the screen, I also noticed that it did not have my name on it. We were given someone else’s room. I went downstairs to complain about the room to change for a different room. She helped another customer that was a points holder for the hotel and prioritize. Their customer service over mine because I booked through hotel.com a third-party. I felt like I was treated second class. Very disappointed in the customer service and how my room had to be exchanged due to be assigned to room was Not appropriate.
