Vacation at Barceló
It was a little rough on day one with registration. However, management, Harleen Iraheta was on top of it. She made it all right. This is my second time staying here and I really like it out of the other places I’ve stayed within El Salvador. It is an older building. The location is great and atmosphere entering the hotel is beautiful. I took advantage of the tourism they offer downstairs as well. I was super pleased and would stay again.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were treated well. However, the rooms have so much humidity. That’s not good for the health. We all got sick and reacted to the humidity. My mom’s asthma got worse. I wish the rooms could be renovated.

Mi entrada al hotel era a las dos P.M. yo llegué a las ocho de la mañana y me dijeron que me podían dar 1/4 con el costo de $56 por llegar muy temprano a lo que yo acepte y vinieron a dar el cuarto pasado a las 11:30 y me cobraron la misma cantidad yo he sido cliente de ser México por más de cuatro años seguido y pensé que debería de ser tratado de una manera diferente y nadie me ha respondido al respecto
