Great Staff and Wonderful hotel
This hotel was great, staff was all very nice and professional. The breakfast was superb, and the rooms were very spacious. The only downside was the parking situation. Other then that very HIGHLY recommended, close to space needle and Museum of pop art, also the tram that takes you downtown. VERY centrally located

This is now the second time that I’ve stayed at this location and their car chargers won’t work. I tried each of the six that they have three separate times, and spent almost three hours trying to make them work. I specifically chose this hotel so I could charge my car overnight and not have to stress about finding a charger. These chargers don’t work and now I will not be returning. I can find other hotels that have chargers even if they are a little further from Climate Pledge Arena. Switch back to non-Tesla chargers that don’t work, and don’t line the pockets of the world’s richest person. You used to have chargers that were just plug in and charge. Go back to that.

Great breakfast, not so great mattresses
Needed a last minute stay due to power outage. Great breakfast! Really outstanding for free hot breakfast. The only downside was soft and not very supportive mattresses on the beds. The sofa bed has a very thin mattress with coils that are definitely noticeable as you try to sleep. But we had a warm and clean place to sleep with great breakfast in the morning.

Family vacation stay
We stayed here because we wanted a two bedroom suite so we appreciate they offer that option but the hotel shows its age with stained carpeting and furniture. We wouldn't have minded so much but the cleanliness was an issue. We found in the room a left over dirty men's sock from a previous guest, tucked between the nightstand and bed. We were there over four days and not once did housekeeping come by to empty the trash, switch out towels, etc. We ended up taking the trash out ourselves.

This was our first trip to Seattle and we wanted a spacious room. We stayed in the King size room with bay view. The view did have a small view of the bay but not like I had hoped. More than half of the view were other buildings. Other than that we were completely happy with the room. It spacious and provided the comfort we needed for a week's stay. The full size refrigerator helped with leftovers from our meals and a microwave to heat things up. Restroom was large, however the shower and toilet were in the same room. It would be nice to have the toilet separate from the shower. The bed was comfortable and they also provided extra blankets and pillows. We had a living room with a TV as well as another TV in the bedroom. We also had a small dinning table to eat comfortably. The breakfast buffet was great. scrambled eggs, sausage, and toppings to make a Mexican taco.. cheese, pico de Gallo, seasoned meat or carnitas, and potatoes. they also had hot oatmeal with all the toppings as well as overnight oats or chia cups. They had a corner to make your own toast, bagel or english muffin. And they had yogurt. Plus orange juice. Oh they had a coffee and tea area that was available 24 hours. This was great! The front desk was very nice and helpful too.

The hotel location was good; great for attending a NHL hockey game. But I am not impressed with ‘paying $49 a night for parking’ when the supposedly secure parking Lot 1 roll up Door stayed open for 2 nights; that’s not secure!!!
