8/10 Very good

Good location, staff were very helpful. Room is a little overdue for a repaint, but it was very clean and comfortable . The shower needs a new head fitted to it.

8/10 Very good

Really enjoyed my stay with my family. The only thing I think needs improvement is they didn’t clean our room on the second day, there was a stain on the carpet, and no room service. Other than that it was tidy, very comfortable bed, wifi, close to the shops, and very nice and quiet.

2/10 Poor

Our room had one wall mounted air conditioner that did not work, another air conditioner on the ground that did not work, and a very dusty fan that was operational. The bathroom smelt very bad, like mold and must. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping did not clean our room our bring us towels.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were friendly efficient and welcoming on every occasion we spoke with them . The room was clean tidy and ideally situated within walking distance to the Michael Fowler Centre .The Wilson car park was right next door which was easier to park in than the hotel limited car parks. Well priced for what we needed for a couple of nights. Excellent restaurants within walking distance Burger Liquor were fantastic and just down the road.
