First thing you see when pulling up is prostitutes and crackheads. Some staff are nice others are whatever. Elevator is in need of TLC. Stairwell is humid and smells like feet. Vending machines are empty and no breakfast.
Now for the bad parts:
• Trash cans only cleaned once in a week long stay
• Bed sheets never cleaned/fixed
• Shower has one setting, hot.
• Only got new towels once in a week
• 3 nights in a row keycard for room didn’t work and had to go to lobby desk several times to get it fixed
• Floors were sticky
• Air condition falling apart
• Bed frame sounds like lightning striking when laying down
• The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in
• Dog across the hall barking
• Hallways were dirty and hot/humid
• Gross stains on the floor
• Too much money for the quality
Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

Stains on sheets and towels
I was allowed to check in early, which was nice, but the bed was lumpy, and the sheets and towels had stains. There are about 15 hotels within 200 yards of this hotel, so I would chose another.

The elevator emergency phone was hanging out and not properly placed. Made me wonder if it would even work in an emergency? All of the tiles in the elevator needs to be replaced, and all of the filth on the elevator walls need to be cleaned. Something was smeared all over the elevator wall, and had been for a while because it was crusty. The whole entire building had a stale pee smell.. Including all of the linens.

We have never been in a motel in this bad a shape before. The elevator needs a new floor because the tiles are in loose fragments. The corridors of the non-smoking rooms smell like marijuana. We asked and received a new set of bed sheets because the first set had cigarette burn holes. The bathroom corners have years of accumulated dirt.

One night in hell
The hotel smelled horrible the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks stains on the bed covers and last but certainly not least the lady that checked us in was rude and nasty as if she didn’t want to be bothered I have no photos I kept telling myself just one night you will be cursing tomorrow one last thing we checked in on a Friday the 15th that Saturday we checked out that staff member was really pleasant

Vile. I’ve stayed in hotels in five continents and never have I seen conditions this poor. Have I not been so drop dead tired I would’ve asked for my money back and gone elsewhere.Moldcovering air conditioner ,floor is not cleaned,etc The smell was atrocious. I’ve stayed in Barnes that smelt better and were Cleaner.

I’ve seen motels in better shape than thus
Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel for any reason. Sadly I will never stay at a red roof inn or use this app to book any hotels ever. I’m a seasoned traveler and I didn’t read previous reviews as I was passing through. The hotel was extremely dirty and my room had Urine all over the floor. This room had not been cleaned for weeks I’m sure. I got a wet towel and used my sandals to clean up the floor and I was amazed and grossed out by how dirty this place was. I had by then already contacted front desk and he couldn’t accommodate me to another room, I brought him over to my room and he said it was dirty and wanted to bring me a deodorizer. This place is a mess and I don’t know why red roof inn brand doesn’t do anything about it. Also there was dogs paw prints on the bed sheets, excrement on the bathroom walls, hair and nasty stuff all over the floors. $100 lost. Left over strawberries in the fridge tell you they don’t even bother to clean this dump of a hotel.

The housekeeper is the best here
The room wasnt that bad i must say only issues we had was the sink was broke and leaked under the bottom and the shower curtain was mildew on the bottom. But the housekeeper was the best hate i didnt get her name but she made sure any needs we had was met. She checked on us daily making sure we had all we needed. Held small talk when she was able and spoke to us every day we was there making us feel very welcomed 😍😍 we will be returning again just to have her service once more thank you so much ms. Housekeeper got to get your name but you are most definitely the best ever by far 😊

Don't stay here
The room we stayed in looked nice on the surface however sheets were burnt with holes. The wall had a hole over the plug and whatever they washed the bedding in had us itching. The hallway was nasty and the hotel stunk to high heavens one night was all we could do.
