The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean. But when I asked for extra pillows, I was told they don’t have any. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have extra pillows. I then explained to them that I needed to get a different remote for the television because the remote wouldn’t work and the front desk person didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. She kept telling me to push buttons on my remote that didn’t exist based on what the TV was supposed to be doing.All of the drawers in the room were broken, and the light switches didn’t do what you expected them to do. They’re also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner available And only one bar of soap. So if we had accidentally forgotten toiletries, we would’ve been out of luck. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything I just don’t understand the lack of extra supplies available to people. There were two pillows in my room that were almost as flat as pancakes and the room is supposed to sleep four people. How are they not four pillows for a room that sleeps for people? This is not a hotel that we will be staying at anytime soon.
