Time Square Hotel and Broadway

The hotel location was fantastic. It was right in Time Square. It was not too loud whenever we order more pillows or towels. The maids always brought it up right away. The room needs a little bit renovation such as in the shower and new rugs. I thought the bed was not really comfortable, but I got used to it. The hotel was in our budget though.

Room was spacious but could certainly use a face lift. No lobby area where you can sit down and work. Location is great for Broadway shows. Just a couple of blocks to Central Park. Unclear and odd communication style when asking about additional fees for adding one guest (making it two instead of one in the booked double room). Could stay here again

The staff and location and my view and the size of my room were excellent. But this hotel is NOT a 4 star anymore. I've stayed there 3 times now and the rooms (and the furniture in them,) and elevators are completely worn down and need remodeling!

Hotel room is outdated, especially the bathroom. I reserved a room with a view of Times Square “Ball drop view”, instead we got a room facing south (43rd street). We disappointed with room and the resort fee of $34 we were hit with at check out! This hotel is far from a resort and would not book again even though the location is good.

Not Recommended!

Will not be staying in the hotel again. TV barely worked, even after they came to “fix” it! The tub wouldn’t hold enough water for a bath, but also didn’t drain fast enough for a shower, constantly standing in water! Elevators were slow due to the volume of people in the hotel.
