Okay but not luxurious
The bathroom was really small, no where to put your “stuff “. Also the tile floor was so cold. We had to pay extra for parking which wasn’t included in info at time of reservation.

I pre-booked the room and paid for it, but when i checked in they said they gave to room to someone else and no other rooms are available so we had to stay in a room that was for accessible people. The room was very small and didnt had a microwave.

Hotel was good and staff was nice. The room wasn’t very comfortable for sitting around as it one chair and an uncomfortable bench around the table. The bed and pillows were comfortable and was able to get a good sleep. The bathroom was quite small and hard to get ready without knocking things down. The whirlpool was in need of a cleaning and defoamimg, which was disappointing.

I really enjoyed the stay at Coast Canmore. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and had a good ambience. I wish the the rooms had had USB ports for charging as I did not bring my outlet charger and they had no spare ones.

Not like the pictures or website. Property is old and feels like motel and while some rooms are renovated it is in need of further renovation especially in common areas. Common areas need better cleaning. Bathroom smelled like dirty rag and urine.Booked premium room but it is at best 2 stars. Curtains do no fit the window and are not blackout and lights outside mean you will have daylight all night.Room gets very cold at night. Pool is in a separate building so you walk outside but they only tell you after you book.Restaurant is nice, good food.Convenient to walk to shops and food and 10 min to Banff. But other nicer hotels in area to choose from.
