Fabulous Find.

Good beachfront hotel.
A good beach hotel, very welcoming, friendly efficient staff and service. The only complaint would be the awful 1-way street system in Ierapetra. It took us an hour riding around the maze of streets to arrive at the hotel. Even the locals admitted it was difficult to access the promenade area by car. Shame because the room was very comfortable, the food was good and the sea view was excellent.

We stayed for 2 pleasant nights at this hotel, close to the beach and the boat for Chrissi Island. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast is ok, many choices with, on overall good quality. Only the juices and the coffee weren't excellent.

This is not a hotel but a dump/Co-op!
I have never seen anything like this for a very long time. This hotel should not be operational unless they re-construct the entire place. Staff very unfriendly. We checked out prior to our departure thought the entire stay was fully prepaid but we couldn't take anymore. We brought all of our concerns to the owner John and he seemed that he understood and mentioned he would make a lot of changes. Hopefully he will. Wishing them luck. No value for the money paid.
