It is very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is spacious, organized and with new furniture. Love it. Definitely I will come back. **The only thing that surprised me is that now they are charging for the parking. Not happy for that. **

The hotel was great, the staff took care of our every need. They have enough parking, and multiple food places just a few walks away. Only complaint would be certain conditions such as peeling paint, air conditioning messed up although after letting staff know they fixed it immediately. Overall El Faro is a great option as a hotel stay in Aguadilla, PR.

Not happy
I appreciate being able to have a place to rest after going out for the day. However, upon my arrival, I was told that the room was not ready, and it took almost an hour for front desk to rectify the situation she had me relocated to another room. The room was relatively clean, but There was heavy rain and there was a leak in the room. I called front desk upon realizing it. I was told that maintenance would be right with me. I was there for two days and I’ve already checked out and maintenance still have not arrived. Nothing was mentioned about it at checkout. Front desk seemed indifferent. All that being said, I enjoyed my stay in Puerto Rico outside Of my rooming.

We stay on August 15 thro the 18. On the 16th we saw a roach and inform the maid. Next day we were getting ready to go out and the roach show up from the bathroom to the area the drawers and safe is. I inform it to the person in the front desk and she inform the manager . He gave me a letter to send him an email. Send it twice no respond.I will call my credit card company because that’s not aceptable and disgusting having roaches in a room. Employes are amazing.Manager name is Elvin Sein.
