Pésimo servicio.
Nuestra experiencia en este viaje familiar fue regular,por no decir malo, rentamos 8 habitaciones y algunas estaban en un muy mal estado tuvimos que cambiarlas, el servicio es pésimo los empleados no son amables a excepción de algunos ( muy pocos) calificó este hotel con 2 estrellas.

Listen, this isn’t the ritz Carlton. You get what you pay for. WiFi has to be paid for - doesn’t work in the room or any of the common areas. Food is decent - on par with other all inclusive resorts in this price range. They use absolute bottom shelf alcohol so I went to a liquor store down the road and bought my own. The place needs a facelift but most of the staff is pleasant and the beach and pool are nice. Definitely worth the price paid. Also, it’s a little sketchy when you leave the resort so be aware - I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night.

Stay away at all costs
Our stay was only for one night. We were taken to the worst building that did not have any lights in the halls. I fell down the stairs late at night because there was literally no lights on at all. I told the clerk at the desk three times and he said they were looking into it. Still when I went back to the room at 11 I had to use the light on my phone to see where I was walking. I have been in Dominican Republic at least 40 times and never experienced anything like this before

Pretty good
The food and buffet were extraordinary. The room was okay, some wear and tear, but the AC was working, the balcony door didn't close all the way and had a loose handle (minor inconvenience). The sink would clog up every now and then. The service was friendly and professional. The restaurant service, with having to make reservations in person needs updating, no free wifi, and the souvenir store is extremely expensive, you can literally walk 2 minutes down the road and buy the same things for at LEAST a quarter of what they're selling at the hotel store (not an exaggeration). Overall, I would recommend this place, the food alone is worth it.

The property itself was unsafe. The furniture was old and falling apart. When we first got the the rooms were not properly cleaned it smelled like urine. The staff were not professional the would talk amongst each other with foul language and when asked questions never gave u answers

I payed over 3k for my stay thair wanted a nice environment for me and any quest I wanted to bring to my room only to find out no guest invited.That was a kill joy I could have saved so much money staying at other places that did.Their was a giant roach inside my room on the 6th day had to kill it myself. Some staff will try to sell you message around the area almost everyday till you give in.And the people who visit are the same stuck up people you know back home.The maids were so nice and sweet food was good.And I liked how they refill fridge with water and soda everyday.

The place is clean and somewhat updated but everyone seems so tired and there is not good service. We had to get our own drinks at the buffet (coffee/juice/water) and ask for our plates to be picked up from the table. In one occasion we asked for a spoon and was told to go get it ourselves inside the buffet. I always tip everyone and still didn’t get very good service.

This place is horrible. I booked before and was very unsatisfied, so I went ahead and booked again, hoping that things would have been different but this time it was worse the rooms are so poorly taken care of there is mold on every bathroom ceiling, which we had three rooms. We were supposed to stay two days and we checked out before our checked out date, it was disgusting. The beds smell like wet cloths because they don’t wash the sheets properly. They just make your bed again with the same dirty sheets. The pools were nasty. The shows are horrible no entertainment at all even raining days. The staff ignores you and brushes you off when you ask them a question, I will never book this place ever in my life again and again I remind you this is just an experience in one room. We had three rooms and all three rooms were the same if you booked through Expedia, they put you on all the cheap side rooms which trust me is a nightmare , everything is falling apart. My kids had a broken bed. The vanities are all chipping and broken on the side. The safe have no locks the bathroom mirror curtains blow dryer. Everything had dust very disappointed.

Just my house keeper Juliana was nice'. I noticed if i wasnt white, i was treated diferently in a bad way by all the staff, like restuarant, bar, pool anywhere i was at. I was greeted rudely and whenever i had a question or wanted soemthing i was given attitude.
