Nice Hotel
Very Nice hotel with great pool hot tub area for year round visiting. Hotel room heating system was not controllable leading to a very uncomfortable night and poor sleep. Management was very understanding and refunded us the amenity fee. I would stay here again even with the low comfort rating but it is something to consider

Decent place to stay when things are working.
Great little hotel (when all the amenities that they advertise are open and working.) to note about that, the indoor pool and Hot Tub were completely closed on a Tuesday night, I booked the hotel FOR the indoor pool and hot tub. It was my gf’s bday. The outdoor pool and hot tub although was heated the hot tub was like taking a warm bath in 20 degree weather and the pool was no where near heated. Thankfully I was smart enough to book the room with a hot tub in the room and salvage her birthday trip. We drove 2 1/2 hours out to Conway for a get away. Might be finding a different hotel option next trip out.

Disappointed. The rooms were dirty, the hotel staff were not helpful. I found a bed bug crawling on me and had to demand a new room. Even after bringing the bed bug down to them, they denied having bed bugs. The whole situation was handled poorly and definitely ruined our weekend. I will never go back.
