Pros: + Great and spacious room with comfortable bedding. + Convenient location Cons: - Furniture and appliances are quite outdated, hot water takes almost five full minutes to reach the shower - bathtub was very dirty on arrival, with hair and grim everywhere. The staff did come the next morning to clean it up upon request (we checked in late) - a few small bugs crawling on the floor - pool under service despite no indication on the website, although they do provide access to a sister location located 10min drive away - staff paid on commission to put guests in time share program, creating a really tedious environment when we simply wanted our pool wristbands

Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay with a really nice play area for kids. We ordered pizza while there and set it on the counter only to go back for another slice and find tiny bugs crawling on the pizza. I told the front desk and we were upgraded to another room and never had another issue like that. The management truly is very helpful and friendly. Daisha assisted us at check-in. She was so personable and accommodating. It was late at night so we were pretty tired and she made sure the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room was amazing, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool two pools were heated and plenty big. Food was good to. We would book here again in the future.

Poor hotel service from front desk.
Don’t fall for the pictures. The resort looks fancy from pictures but it really isn’t. First of all we were all checked into our room and within the first 10 mins we noticed the flush was working weird and the door in the bathroom was completely jammed and broken. We called front deal for help and they sent over a maintenance guy to fix it instead of just accommodating a new room for us. We waited almost 30-40 mins for maintenance to show up only for him to try fix it for an hour and then leave and then come back to work on it for another 45-1 hr. We had dinner reservations and had to ask for a new room immediately as we were so tired from our morning flight and just inconvenience from the hotel staff and the room. The manager called to make sure we were all settled in our new room but by then we had experienced 2-3 hours of disruption, inconvenience & lack of rest. The tidiness is below average and they don’t really provide any special amenities. The restaurant is average too. Overall we weren’t happy and won’t return back to this resort.
