This place is very well located. It is very clean and has a very comfortable beds. However, the common areas feel more like someone’s house than a guesthouse or hotel. Also, there are no outdoor grounds, or
a balcony.

Overall a decent property. Wifi only available in the one restaurant or the lobby, Tons of stairs. Most staff not very proficient with English. We had the breakfast included and that was very good food. However the restaurant doesnt open til 8:30 and no coffee is available anywhere prior to that time.

Great hotel with clean rooms. The only problem is a lot of stairs but is good to keep your good health while eating a lot of good seafood :). One more recommendation might be to have roofs for the cars and more parking space, there are very few places where to park the cars, also is not soo cool to leave the car on the street at the direct sunlight and heat.

Place is not as beautiful as look in pictures. Walkways an buildings look nice from outside. Needs more maintenance inside units. Personnel is very nice and helpful. My first night was horrible, we took dinner at onsite restaurant and made me feel sick. The beach is in danger due to a leaning stone wall, Las Hadas give permission to use their beach but, with a time restriction. I called, about having a beach to Dolphin cove at time to decide to make the reservation and they didn't notified me about that issue. The room had a sewer smelling.

Too many stairs and very narrow. Would be nice if they made rooms easier to access specially with luggage. Definitely not staying here again there are more hotels with a lot nicer accommodations near this location.

I had read previous reviews and knew the stairs would be terrible. The hotel page indicated a shuttle but when we called they said they did not provide that service. The last day of our stay we secured a taxi for six people with the front desk but when the taxi arrived we were told they could only transport 4 at a time. The food at the attached restaurant was good and the rooms had a nice view. For the price it was decent.

Pros: Gorgeous small complex, large rooms with wonderful balconies and gorgeous view. Free private parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Cons: NO INTERNET in rooms. Lots of steps to restaurant to use internet. Loud music from Friday through Sunday nights till 3 am. Restaurant food has greatly declined and service is poor, does not answer phone for room service.

Great view
Loved the view and pool area. The bed are harder than a rock and AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Old and dated interior but grounds are well kept. Affordable and food was decent but not the restaurant service. If you get building 1 the noice from everyone coming out of the lobby is loud, wouldn’t stay here again.

This is barely a two star property. That said, the view is awesome.....usually. Other than that the rooms are shabby and in need of total renovation. Room access is a big problem. Definitely not recommended for anyone that has a mobility problem or is elderly. Staff is friendly....they just don't have much to work with. Isolated and out of the way.

Nice hotel, well maintained, beautiful view, the only concern there was a renovation in the swimming pool and we didn't know, and the beach is small, very short.
