Only a 3 star hotel needs lots of work.
Hallways never vacuumed, cot mattress in Galway looked like they had come from a dumpster, tables in dinning area broken, chipped, when eating breakfast nobody around everyday to clear plates, they were stacked on tables. Bar closes at9.30pm

Selected for location and we were not disappointed. Fantastic location for activities and being central (walkable to many points of interest). Very comfortable bed. Bathroom very much in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. Fresh paint would also be beneficial. Good practice for environmental impact. We had a few issues (ac) and staff were 100% approachable and helpful at resolving issues.

Nice base for a Fremantle stay
Great central location in Fremantle. Comfortable rooms with nice balcony area. Breakfast items a bit limited on the cold cuts side of things, and barista style coffee chargeable even if breakfast included (not expensive to buy, but felt a bit cheap). Mini bar in room with reasonable pricing and very good selection. Two pool areas that are great for lounging. Nice outside bar/terrace area. Overall, I’d stay here again for sure.
