Excellent Experience
Every staff member was responsive, kind and efficient. I was made to feel that no request was too much. It's got off street parking in the back that is well lit 24/7 in addition to the parking infront of rooms. The place was packed but there was enough parking and I never heard my neighbors. i arrived in the pouring rain and everything was clean and swept and rooms were toasty and dry

I always stay here. It’s a nice hotel for a night or two love getting my favorite room 217 honestly, you get what you pay for but the staff is very nice as long as you treat them. Very nice the deposit you get back I like staying here.

Unexpected charges
The hotel was fine in itself. Stayed 2 nights got my room cleaned 2nd day. My only complaint was that hotel management was charging $200 cash for incidentals. I let them know that this was not stated on the website. The front office person told me that they didn't accept debit cards with visa logo. But when I checked out and waited for staff to check my room, to get my $200 back. The register was opened and there were, what seemed to me many small envelopes with cash deposits. So, were they charging everyone $200 cash for incidentals? Very disappointed and unsettled that this hotel can have these practices with no one questioning why.

I stayed at this facility a few nights for work and throughly enjoyed the comfort and quietness. Although the location is not great, there was no loitering or any issues. Plenty of parking, although I utilized the reserved veteran's parking spot. There's also a continental breakfast, but I didn't partake. Overall, a nice stay.
