Run

It was dirty and the pictures and descriptions that were on hotels.com did not match the room we got. Hotels.com said the room slept 5, but when we arrived, they didn’t have a room that slept 5 that existed at the hotel. There were 3 men drinking in the hallway outside the room and they were staring at my teen daughter and made her feel very uncomfortable. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking and they had a bucket catching the water. The room looked like it had been flooded as the door to the bathroom was warped at the bottom and peeling. It was just gross. My in-laws rented a room at the hotel also and they were so uncomfortable, they left at 10pm. I was so disappointed. The only good thing about the hotel, was the people that worked there. They tried their best to accommodate us and they were very nice. Unfortunately, the hotel was so run down, there was nothing much they could do to help.
