They gave us the wrong room and told us the room I had paid for was already booked. So I got a very small room with two queen beds and they squeezed in one of those folded beds as a 3 rd bed. There was no room to move around it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean. No housekeeping came by the entire stay. We had to go up to the front desk everyday to ask for toiletry. No one came to take out trash.
The only good thing about this hotel is the cooks that serve breakfast are very friendly and went above and beyond to serve us.
I asked if I was going to be charged for the same rate since I got a different room. I was told I was going to be reimbursed but still haven’t received a refund.
