Very nice hotel
The room didn’t have air conditioning in one bedroom. And there was water in common areas due to extreme weather. The hotel we have stayed at many times agreed to give a full refund for the second night. We ll remember this kindness !

An okay stay with no frills.
The sofas in our suite were terrible. No TV and no dishes, utensils and pots or pans in kitchenette.

Helpful and nice people work there, but the room was horrid. We moved to a different accomodation. Some of the condition could be due to hurricane damage, but it appeared that the hotel has always been a 1, so it's rather misrepresented on the site.

Really nice place to stay although transportation was difficult to find and was far away from the center of where we wanted to go it was a nice place to stay with a/c. The rooms were nice, the outside view was beautiful, the location is pretty since it's private and someone opens the gate since its in a residential area and it's SAFE we traveled as a family of 8 with young kids. So we were safe to walk around the close area. The check in was until 1pm Not sure why. And i did not check since usually check ins are at 11am-12pm in most places. The receptionist also questioned my price I payed which I had receipt Of what I paid for with my Expedia points plus out of pocket pay, but someone took care of it. Overall all that i still give it a 10 for clean, safe, family friendly, safe to leave my stuff inside the hotel while traveling outside. They came to clean and change towels everything was in its place. WE loved it.

We were given a room where none of the ACfor kitchen, dining area, or 3 bedrooms worked. It was hotter than outdoors. We requested they fix this. Someone came up, checked it and told us he’d have to check with the desk if they could offer us a different room. He did not return My husband had to go inquire. the manager says he has another room on a higher floor. Assures us the ac works there. It doesn’t work well and the entire apartment is dingy, the sofa torn, dirty, the refrigerator smaller -so small it wouldn’t accommodate our water bottles. So on he takes us to another. Then another. None of them measure up to site photos or descriptions -the original room there was a nasty tangle of someone’s long hair on the floor of the shower and the toilet had no seat. There was some gross unidentifiable crumbly stuff on the edge of the sink against the side of the wall near the entry door. The tv had no sound except an irritating buzzing noise. No sound from the actual show on the single operational channel. The fan in the living room practically doesn’t rotate while the one in the dining room has a terrifying speed that shakes in helicopter rotor rotation. Finally, he has a smaller room that’s meant for four. Having no other option we agree to at least go see it. We had, after all, already spent an hour touring rooms. The room is Updated and all ac works. Not very clean, no blankets & 4 towels for 7 paid guests. Refused to reimburse for two guests who did not stay.

Nice hotel close to expo
Nice space. With details for a convinience stay for several days. The hotel provided refrigerator, dinning table, breakfast bar, stove, pots and dishes so you can cook or keep food you buy out. Secure and close to public transportation. With pool and elevaror. Close to convenient stores.

Nice and big room!
I liked this hotel, it has a plenty of space and everything like a an apartment. But there are ants in the kitchen area.

Inexpensive but very basic
I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 1 night, but it was an inexpensive place near the airport. Advertised as a suite, but the furniture was extremely sparse and the kitchen had nothing but a fridge, stove, a few dishes and 1 cooking pot. No coffeemaker, no toaster, no microwave, etc.

6/10 Good

Decent, cheap hotel in Acapulco.
It's a nice but modest hotel. Small, but nice pool... parking available; great location (although no beach access); large but dated rooms with kitchen and noisy A/C. I guess this hotel would be great for people that will not remain there, but rather will go out to the beach, clubs, etc. It's not a "resort" in any way, but it's a nice, pleasant, very cheap hotel in Acapulco's newest and nicest area.

This hotel is definitley worth the price. It has a stove, refrigirator, pool, kitchen table, balcony and even pans, dishes, silverware, etc (even though they were in poor condition). Although there isn't much close it is in a secure area with a guard and close to the diamante bus station.

Close to the airport and nice staff.
This hotel was hard for the cab driver to find. The staff is nice and the hotel is old but very clean and comfortable. The pool is clean and the staff is really nice. The location is on a busy street near a mall, not very scenic. Watch out, the taxi drivers will charge you 200 pesos to drive you 2 miles to the airport! What a racket.
