Staff indifferent. No water, no hot water.
Would absolutely NOT stay here again. The room allocated to us was in the back of the building, did not have functioning windows, and a bathroom with an odd with a half glass wall. The room was muggy, smelled of moisture. The only solution offered was to run the AC which did nothing to remedy the issue. The bathroom offered zero privacy. I shared the room w my husband and you could hear everything that happened on the other side of that pane of frosted glass. We asked to be moved to another room as this was not what was reserved on Hotels. The receptionist promised to look into it and never bothered. The bathroom sink did not work, water barely sputtered out but I managed. The next morning the sink was back to normal, but after running the shower for 15+ minutes I could not get hot water to run. Went to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. Quick google search I called the front desk via my cellphone. Receptionist that answered told me they would look into the hot water issue. When I told them about the sputtering sink, she let me know that the hotel had run out of water but not to worry as it had been refilled that morning. Hot water was never restored and I never did get my shower. Upon check out I reiterated my issues and the girl checking us out laughed and shrugged. I honestly feel that we should be refunded. I reached out to the Hotels.com live chat and found the experience fruitless. Overall terrible.
