Nice Except for Marijuana Stench
Nice clean hotel lobby with friendly staff. Check in was easy. I was on the second floor and when I stepped off the elevator the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. It was so strong, it may my eyes water. I have found this is the case in most hotels in the South Atlanta area. Luckily, I had a clean room and could not smell it inside my room. There were also people speeding through the parking lot as a “cut through” from the hotel behind the BW Plus with an adjoining parking lot. Probably won’t stay there again but it was fine for one night as I was traveling through for business.

It was an overall great stay. The room was clean and smelled clean. It was nice to have the indoor pool and workout facility. The grounds outside were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint is the Continental breakfast did many selections. The waffle machine was great as always, but the butter was frozen.

Everything was going great until my last morning. The house keeper attempted to enter my room at 8 am without knocking or announcing herself...despite the do not disturb sign on the door! Thank goodness for the latch securing door.

In the first room that I was given, the AC was broken and the room had a terrible odor. I went to ask for a different room. It was taking the person a really long time to locate another room. At one point she asked to check other people in before helping me.. I declined. My next room still had an odor and was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom counter and in the sink. The tub floor was dirty. There were stains on the pillow cases and towels as well as tears in the sheets and pillow cases. I will not be returning. There are other properties in the area.. do yourself a favor and choose another one.
