My Italy Bucket List
We had a wonderful time at Hotel Hiberia. The staf was super friendly and went to all measures to make sure all our needs were met. Shout out to Patrick, Joseph, and Rafaelle for smooth check in and out, and arranging limo service when needed. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great stay at this well located hotel
The service received from Patrick was excellent. Being a family who is happy with clean and comfortable, we got what we paid for which was great. Great location although up a hill, Trevi Fountain close by and Colusseum about 20 minutes away. Everything was good with our room but i do have 2 complaints. The heat in summer is unbearable, the air-conditioning should work properly, we had to request a fan. Also not 1 English TV channel to enjoy in the great of the afternoon while chilling in our room. Even a news channel that worked would have been great, but everything was dubbed. All in all a great stay

This hotel is in the middle of Rome and walkable during better weather, it was 100 degrees, to the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. The staff is very pleasant & willing to help. My only concern is how outdated the rooms are; they’ve made no effort to make the rooms more appealing - just a bed & a desk with chair. We did have a view of the city which was wonderful at night.
