Overall, hotel is OK. Our room was clean enough. Unfortunately pillows are not comfortable at all and bad was not so comfy too. No full size mirror in the room. No great service at the restaurants and in buffets. Very poor choices of meat and fish, the veggies and fruits choices are good. No activities at the beach on adults section, the entertainment was not great. You are not getting good services at the beach bar if you are not giving a tip.

Firstly, the resort is new and very clean very well kept. I’ve been to Punta Cana numerous times but this is the first and more than likely the last stay at The Serenade. The food was not good at all and we weren’t able to book the steak house during our 4 night stay because they were all booked and only open on Friday and Saturday. It was very clear that most of the staff did NOT want to be there. Most had bad attitudes and were not friendly especially the bartenders. They(bartenders) talked about us in front of us not realizing we understood some of what they were saying. The nightly shows/entertainment were maybe an hour long and after that, everything(the resort) was dead. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time until they can work out the kinks.

Traveled as a couple and our stay was amazing, the staff was so nice and catered to our needs, the food was also good and so were the drinks the place was very peaceful and quiet. When we went there wasn’t a lot of people so it was not that crowded. The pool and beach were also clean. One thing that we did not like was that the power went out and the Wi-Fi would keep going in and out but other than that our stay was nice! We would definitely come back and even recommend this place to the others.

This resort was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, friendly with a fabulous staff. My only complaint would be that sometimes the food on the buffets sat too long and was cold and dried out. That was not the norm however and most of the food was great.
