Convenient Airport hotel
This was a miracle reunion stay. My daughter and I had not seen each other since her birth 50 years ago. She lives in AZ and I in FL, so for our reunion, we met to meet one another in Dallas. After getting our luggage the shuttle was pretty prompt getting us at Dallas Love Airport. Front desk employee must have been new and in training so it was a slow process getting checked in but that was fine, I get it. Our rooms were ready although it seemed like they were a mile down the hallway from the elevators. No problem again, extra steps is good for all. The room was large, clean, comfortable and set up with dishes and pots/pans and FULL coffee pot which was wonderful. The view from my room was over the pool but in the view of the multi-lane highway. The road noise wasn’t a problem at all. The second night my room wasn’t attended to but after notifying the front desk someone on staff came up and refreshed it, this was AFTER the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day! I would say this hotel is great if you need to be around the airport. They only have their “social hour” M-W, so we didn’t get to enjoy that since we were there Th-Sat. They do serve breakfast buffet, which was really generous with a great variety of foods. The best employee we met there was “Rudy”, he was so friendly, hardworking and passionate about giving the best customer experience of any hotel employee Ive met in years. PLEASE say Hello. To him for the “Christmas Miracle” he labeled us.
1st Reunion after 50 years! Here’s our buddy “Rudy”, should be voted “Employee of the years!”

Airport perfect!
Our room was wonderful. Even tho we were there only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer. One negative, our room was on the highway side of the hotel. I had trouble falling asleep as trucks were changing gears not far from the hotel. If I stayed longer, I would have asked to change rooms. Otherwise, the place is really nice.

We booked here for a stay before our early-ish flight the next morning. The website makes the property look much better than it is. You are right beside the freeway so it is very loud (had to wear earplugs) and it does not seem like a very nice neighborhood. I had sent a note asking for the sleeper sofa to be made, which they didn’t do. When I brought this up to the front desk lady & showed her. The reservation with this request she still wasn’t willing to help and have her team get the bed made. On the good side, there’s a nice kitchenette in each room. But for the price, it seems there are better hotels out there.

Our room was extremely nice and clean and the staff was great. However, we had to call the front office due to someone smoking marijuana and it was seeping through the vents. Our room was on the side of the freeway so we heard cars and trucks all night. Lastly, I received a random $136 charge on my credit card which I still do not know why. The manager was apologetic and returned it.

Pleasant stay! Not too much close by though...
Very clean room, quiet. Nice complimentary breakfast. It was hard to regulate the room room temperature - 70 was too cold, 71 was too hot. Other than that it was fine! It was in a deserted area, nothing close by or within walking distance. Homeless people encampment under the bridge so we didn't feel safe walking to the service station in the next block.
