We had a great stay at this hotel. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was much more than what we expected. A pleasant surprise!

Disappointing
Disappointing, had to switch rooms 3 times, 1st room ran out of hot water a few minutes into my husbands shower! The second room had broken thermostat and was freezing. Finally the 3rd room was good. Breakfast was missing many basic items, plates, sugar, but i did manage to get the last cup of cold coffee and no one was available to help for the whole time we were at breakfast. Must just be short handed like everyone else. Evening staff eas very helpful though with room switches.

A smidge disappointed
Mostly, it was a great stay. There were just a few issues. Our shower hadn’t been cleaned. It still had soapy hand prints on the shower bar and wall. There were more than 4 rooms where the doors were left open all night. Seemed very strange to me and like a possible safety issue. Other than that it was alright. The staff was super nice!

Hotel was clean comfy and very busy the first 3 nights due to the lineman who were readying their plans to go south to Florida to help recover. Parking was difficult if arriving late. Other than that, breakfast was plentiful and good. Nice small pool and hot tub.
