Beware of Scam Tours Sold by office at the beach
The review I am giving is primarily due to the people running the tour office near the beach at the hotel. My understanding is that the hotel is responsible for the vendors it allows to sell tours to its guests. The tour office located within the hotel sold us a glass-bottom boat tour, and the salesperson, Mario Santana, promised we would see dolphins, take pictures with them, view starfish, and enjoy drinks and snacks. He assured us we would be on a nice boat where we could see underwater through the glass. After charging us $180, they took us to the beach and rented a small, unsafe, and old boat with a dirty, unclear glass bottom. We didn’t see any dolphins, starfish, or anything else as promised. Additionally, no drinks or snacks were provided. This was a complete scam, and they refused to take any responsibility for it. Do not trust Mario Santana or this tour office. The hotel should hold them accountable for deceiving its guests.

This place was not very well organized we waited for ever to get services from the bar.the room was not cleaned daily they would only leave 2 towels for the 3 of us so we had to share towels. Some staff were not friendly. The food choice were not great .I brought some stuff to the attention of staff so they can address it and they did nothing. In the steak house upon opening the floors were dirty. Very disappointed overall and other guest I met felt same way

This is my first bad review ever, and my family's. This resort is not 5-star or even 3-star. There were no plates or utensils. There was no food, and if there was, there would have been huge lineups that would take 30 minutes. It felt like they pulled all the funding, and the staff had to deal with shortages in food. Regardless, if they have paying customers, then they should accommodate what was promised. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

This was the worst trip we have ever taken. to start with check in, we waited over 45min with toddler crying to have someone else come and make us feel you're not welcome and im doing you a favor by checking in, they had no instructions to follow and no one even smiles at you. The lady at the check in after 45 min says it isn't her job but still well help, " WE ARE OVERBOOKED" Really? then why did you book us? we spent thousands to have this vaccation not to be blamed. then finally we check in and guess what ? no one showed where the room is ,when is lunch time, where to find what and how to. finally you figure everything out and next day someone stops you and says hey im here to show you some of our benefits (trying to sell us the premier membership ) . I was about to leave, the restaurants are dirty , you'd not want to sit on those booths , they don't clean after the previous guests leave for 20 min and make you wait, you have to beg for what you need , its not a vacation .IT IS A survival for your own money. save your money go elsewhere , last day , we called to ask for luggage pick up to the lobby and they said well send someone at 10 , guess what 10:39 no one comes, I had to walk two luggages almost a mile to the exit door. and before I forget , not all but I saw them doing 5 star reviews by touching guests phones themselves , don't believe all reviews. overall, dirty, unfriendly staff, not willing to help, and drinks and food lacks quality , I had hair in my sushi.

Check in and out was great. Somehow our transportation to the airport got messed up and the check in person helped us fix it. This resort was very nice. The French la carte resturant was by far the best food. Japanese was also really entertaining. The pool was very deep.
