Ideal location
Location is ideal and customer service is great. The only issue I had was the smell on the 17th floor. It smelled like mildew in the hall and in my room. Like the carpets need to be cleaned in the hall and in the room. Along with the curtains. I also had to keep asking for them to leave a wash cloth in my room until the day I was leaving.

Not what it used to be.
They treat Panamanians worse than tourists. The pictures they have of the rooms are their best rooms and don't always really match what you might get. Service has gone downhill over the last 18 months. I've stayed at this hotel around 20+ times, it was always my go to, but I won't be going back.

Liars
I clearly made a reservation for two rooms and provided you the name of the second room occupant who would pay. When he arrived and tried to pay the hotel would not allow him and didn’t even check with me. At checkout, I asked the desk clerk about the payment and he assured me that the payments were separate only to find out he lied.
