Surprisingly Pleased
We stayed on a night where all the rooms were booked. Lots of kids... So naturally, we thought there would be a lot of noise. To our surprise, it was very quiet. This is one of the best stays we have ever had at a hotel. Very surprisingly surprised and pleased. Thank you!

Probably won’t go back
Checked in- room wasn’t ready so we were reassigned, but staff wanted us to be certain we knew it wasn’t his fault. Mini fridge froze sodas and water, so I cleaned up where coke had exploded in fridge. Elevator was scary-lots of thunks and shifting. Pool out of service, but they worked very hard to get it back into service. My guess is that management doesn’t put much emphasis on maintenance, but is quick to blame staff.

Worth booking quality hotels
The pool water was murky as if it hadn't been clean/chlorinated in a bit, the sheets were stained, room packed lighting, no wash rags or hand towels (only bath towels), rude customer calling my room every hour because we shushed them during quiet hours, called concierge and did nothing, requested a call log/reprimanding of the customers and get a deduction of our fee to no avail.

I'm not mad, I'm disappointed...
I booked my room through hotels.com as a 2 queen bed room. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told me it was sent as a king bed suite (1 bed with a pullout couch). She said she could not make the change due to the 3rd party reservation and that if hotels.com called, she could change it. I contacted hotels.com, they called, but the one remaining 2 queen room was sold out so we went to the king suite. The pictures attached show the stains on the couch. The desk clerk then transferred us to a different king suite. Stains on that floor but the bedding looked ok so we stayed. My roommate slept on the pullout couch but slept horrible due to the fact that he felt like he was going to fall through the frame. The desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic that she couldn't do more to help, but it was still a horrible experience.
