One of the breakfast staff was quite rude to me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. On morning 2, just the same as I did on morning 1, I went to get a croissant. Morning 2, she yelled at me and said not to do that and that I should have waited in line. I thought the line was only for people wanting meat and eggs cooked for their breakfast. The croissants were at the other end, easily accessible to anyone, so I was surprised when she scoulded me like that. I was mortified. She needs customer service training. On a brighter note, we had the most wonderful, friendly waitress at dinner both nights. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel's location is lovely.
