This was our 2nd stay at this property. Dog friendly family room. Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. It was ok

The bathroom fan did not work which we reported twice to staff with no resolve. When the shower was used it left every surface in the room wet including walls and suitcases. The hair dryer you had a button for the entire use and it wasn’t powerful. The hot water in tub had excellent pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was great and so were the staff.
