Don’t waste your money!!
This was the worse place. When we arrived since there was a group of Asian, they already assumed we are with them. Which I told them I am NOT. We asked extra towels since they didn’t cleaning till we leave. We never got our extra towels. When we went to pool, they didn’t have pool towels for hrs. We just didn’t use it. Also when we ordered some coffee and they double charged and ask them to cancel one and they said they can’t do that. We have to call our credit card to cancel. I even asked them then can we get more snacks instead of that and they said no. Last day, we are getting breakfast at 9 Am food didn’t come so I went to front desk and told her that we are checking out but our breakfast didn’t come out yet. That was 9:45 AM. She told me go get our luggage and wait for breakfast. She was very rude. I had really bad experience whole throughout this trip. This place SUCKS! Don’t ever go there!! Waste Money and time!!

A little private piece of paradise...
We loved our stay. I brought my husband for his 55th birthday. This resort is a cute little secluded resort with a private beach, and two pools. It was not over crowded or filled with kids. The hilltop infinify pool has a swim up bar and both pools have lots of activities (bingo, DJ...etc). The resort is very well maintained and the staff are all great. There is only 1 restaurant so you'll have to go into town for other meal options, groceries, snacks, etc, but they even have certain days/times that they will take you or you can just grab a cab. They do have a little market on site as well. The best thing about the whole trip is, even though they offer the time share presentation, they did not pressure us to sign up or even ask us to attend.

I specifically booked this resort as it's advertised beach front property. The photos show you a beautiful beach with white sand, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and hammocks. Complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. There was no beach to hang out and relax. Instead, there was washed up seaweed that smelled really bad and mucky waters. If you wanted to relax on a beach, you either had to walk or catch the curtesy shuttle to Coki Beach. It was not very far, but very packed with people and smelled of marijuana everywhere. The sole purpose of booking at a "beach front" property is to have the convenience of not leaving the resort to go to the beach. When speaking with a staff member about the online photos they stated, "if we were to show what the beach really looks like on our property people wouldn't come." They admitted the photos were taken years ago and misleading. Also, be aware of BED BUGS. Returned home with bites all over. It was a complete nightmare and very time consuming having to take extra precautions with all the luggage and clothing to avoid bed bugs in my home. Double check your bed before laying down. Requested a refund for false advertisement and bed bugs; Margaritaville refused to give us anything. Cab fares also ridiculous. You are charged per person. Will never stay at this resort again!! If you enjoy seaweed stench, the possibility of bed bugs, rude staff, and no beach at your resort, this place is for you!

I like the property as a whole, Transportation around the property was poor. Customers need better access to gulf cart. We called several times to have a gulf to pick us up. We got tired of waiting we had to talk. Our hotel room was on a steep hill. Checking out of the hotel: we called waited 20-minute and had to carry our suitcase down this hill.

All the people who worked at the resort were friendly and happy to assist. Dining was very limited. The prices were high and a service charge was added to every order. The service charge was the tip and not disclosed, so a lot of people were tipping also. There was relatively no beach on property. The pools were always clean and inviting, but people go to the islands for the ocean. We walked to Coki beach which was a great place to visit. A car is almost always needed to go anyplace. Most stores are outside the waking distance from there resort. I would go back but a rent a car is important so I could visit other areas on the island.

The best thing about this place was the pool with the bar. I was checked into a room that was already occupied. The set up has a motel feel. The shuttle car took us to the restaurant while the corrected the issue. The menu had nachos wings and burgers. For St Thomas? When we got to the room there was an odd smell like swamp or moisture. The shower head had mold on it. My husband and I got bed bugs from our stay there. Would not recommend. Not to mention some of the employees weren’t very friendly or helpful. Would not recommend. Although transportation is available they should say it is necessary since you can’t get out of the resort without tranaportation.
