The hotel looks good and has ocean views and is clean and staff is number one. Internet is horrible to non existent. Shower was dripping water all over, toilet wouldn’t flush and the bathroom floor was wet all the time. Bathroom was tiny. Fitness center and pool were a complete joke. As instalações são boas; mas o serviço está muito ruim. O colchão era terrível (muito velho, de aparência ruim); o ar condicionado de meu quarto não funcionava (tive que reclamar 3 vezes - o técnico comparecia, melhorava,... no outro dia estava ruim); a reposição no café da manhã contava com apenas um funcionario, o que não atendia a demanda; o frigobar do meu quarto estava com o congelador cheio de gelo e assim permaneceu, ficando dificil até de fechar a porta

A hospedagem é simples e funcional, no que se propõe, Ficamos em um sexto andar calmo com café da manhã no fim do corredor. Apesar da proposta do quarto, não tínhamos uma vista como anunciado e as esquadrias e cortinas pareciam mofadas. O café da manhã deixa a desejar para o tamanho e porte do hotel, faltaram opções regionais. Entretanto o atendimento dos funcionários foi excepcional. Solicitos e extremamente profissionais foram as melhores marcas em nossa estadia.

Horrível, do atendimento a acomodação. Instalações antigas e mal conservadas. Ar condicionado barulhento, fraco e com controle remoto inoperante. Solicitamos reparo e não foi resolvido. Uma lagartixa saiu debaixo do rodapé e entrou na minha mala, mostrando que o controle de insetos e demais pragas não é eficiente. Local reservado para café da manhã no térreo com ar condicionado ruim também. Muito quente!
