They give me a room that was next to some closet that was making a lot of noise. I asked him to switch my rooms. They say no they also give me towels that were ripped and hot holes in it, which was really disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewer and this is really disappointing for the money that I paid for, and requesting a refund I left Hotel due to this Horrible experience I will never recommend this to anybody. I hope someone does anything about it. They supposed to be fun times when you go on vacation, but this is horrible experience and a refund for my stay there. Contact me at area code 661-221-1771. The staff was very nice. The location, right on the malecón is great for enjoying the beach. You can walk out on the nearby breakwater. The zocalo, the main plaza of Veracruz is a 25-minute walk away.
