It was pretty good. The suited were spacious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and was fresh. Coffee was available 24/7 and the suite was equipped with a microwave, stove and even a dish washer I did have a payment error, as the card machine somehow charged me even tho pressed Cancel, so i got charged twice.

The room above me made noises all night! I called the front desk maybe 7 times to report and they said all they could do was call the room. I asked to speak to manager bc I had to be asleep bc I need to leave around 5 am. Noise didn’t quiet down until around 2am so when I did fall asleep I woke up late and missed my engagement. We were given a room without a phone and the toilet didn’t work. We couldn’t call the front desk because there was no phone in the room. We called from our cell phone and got an answering service, not the front desk. We eventually were routed to the front desk. I asked for maintenance to fix the toilet but they never came. We had to go to the front desk and they gave us another room. Then we had to move all our stuff to the new room. It was very stressful and inconvenient. We had somewhere to be and the inconvenience of the check in contributed to us being late. We won’t be staying there again.

It was a lil ant problem by the air conditioner unit. The maintenance man came in and sprayed but they appeared back a later. Also the fire detector kept beeping also. There was no battery in it. Other than that it was a GREAT hotel.
