A good hotel in Kitami
Close to Kitami Station. Everything is good there. The hotel name in its building is written in Japanese only. Hotel reception/owner 'Miwa-san' speaks English little bit and found him cool and kind person.

Good for light bags
The hotel lobby is located at level 2 and there is no elevator from the ground level to the lobby or rooms. We have to carry our heavy luggage up to level 2 before we can take the elevator to our room. But the counter staff is kind enough to help us carry some of our luggage up when we check-in and after check-out. The hotel is an old building and but the room is considered clean.

可もなく不可もなくという所でしょうか。 ただ寝に行くだけなら、安くて良いかもです。 フロントの愛想はないです。淡々としているという感じです。 部屋自体も、寝るだけだったので特に何も感じずという感じ。

フロントに行くまでが階段になっており、キャリーバッグを抱えていくのが辛かった。 ネット上には全室無料Wi-Fiとあったが、実際行ってみると建物の3階部分のみで、その他の部屋はわざわざフロントに電話して有線LANを取り寄せる必要があった。 冷蔵庫のコンセントが繋がっていなかった。 宿泊したフロアの自販機が壊れていて、飲み物だけ欲しくても下の階層に移動しなければならなかった。 ホテルの部屋の鍵の管理が雑。等

北見アウディに旭川から行きたくって素泊まりさせて頂きました！ 街に近く、コンビニもあったので楽でした！ お部屋は良くも悪くもなくって感じで、ツインでしたけど、うがい用コップは２つあった方が良かったなと思います。
