Just beautiful. Very quiet, amazingly perfect location and fantastic breakfast The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the termini station, 10 min walk from trevi and 50 mins from the Vatican. Basically everywhere is very walkable. We spent zero on cabs, which in Rome can get expensive apparently. A full on 4 days with 25k steps a day meant we need a really comfy hotel… trivho delivered perfectly

Highly recommend! Can't say enough about the entire staff. Each was able to communicate in English; so helpful with recommendations for dining, arranging transportation, providing a lovely breakfast, housekeeping. Very modern room with state of art remote features, an actual library in common area, an elevator... should you not adore the marble circular steps! My husband was not keen on the frosted glass instead of a wall separating the bathroom facilities.

The hotel is well positioned, although a bit hard to find as it occupies a single floor within a bigger building. My main issues were with the room, which is not suitable for a light sleeper like myself. The blackout curtains don't entirely cover the window, which meant there was bright light all across the room from 7am. The aircon cannot be switched off, and there was a constant background noise from it. I also didn't like the fact that toiletries were in individual disposable containers - I thought the law now required hotels to provide refillable dispensers instead? What this hotel has is not eco conscious at all. Breakfast was good and varied, but the low tables and chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and I'm sure that would be the case even more with people of reduced mobility.

This is a lovely hotel in a location which is quiet yet still very convenient for the metro and restaurants. Most main sight seeing spots are 20-30 mins walk max from the hotel, but there are great restaurants within a 5 min walk and metro line 5 is also only 5 min walk. Staff were always very helpful and breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be using it again.
