"The staff in the hotel are so friendly & helpful it is only 5 minutes walk to the hotel from the airport if you get lost there is staff along the way to guide you don’t worry it’s easy access, the hotel is excellent and the food and drinks reasonably priced."

Pros- Great breakfast, accommodating staff, shuttle service to Sandton City Mall and Mandela Square, also walkable to the mall (which is safe during the day).
Cons - Pool was not operable, Nothing directly around the hotel like shops or restaurants (but still in a nice area).

"We arrived after 24 hours of plane travel. We were great warmly, even though the staff was very busy with some unhappy travelers. I room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Restraunt staff was exceptional ecspecially Lizwe. I would definitely stay again"
