We love this hotel, the only drawback for us is the rooms for double is so small.

Everything was good, I just find the room is really small. Very tight if you have medium size luggages.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel except I found the rooms smaller than other hotel we've been.

Ideal hotel in the center of Umeda
Appears to have been updated or renovated recently. Small rooms, but larger beds than I'm used to in Japan. Windows open all the way. Check in and check out were simple. Great location.

City centre boutique hotel
The hotel is really beautiful and the staff as always on hand. The first thing that struck me was the size of the rooms. We've been travelling in Japan for 3 weeks so know that the rooms are always small but this was extreme. If you're staying here I would recommend you only bring a very small bag or send your luggage on to the next hotel. Breakfast wasn't really breakfast as pointed out by the staff, just coffee and a few different bits of dry bread Overall its a good place to stay close to the city, but if you have a lot of luggage or want a good breakfast included it's not for you

Poor 2.0
Shocking breakfast, the worse breakfast ever
Breakfast is a joke. This hotel will be remembered as the worse breakfast in any hotel we have ever stayed in the world. When you choose a room it says very clearly "breakfast is included in your stay". But all you get is bread, 4 types of bread for food - just see the photos of this miserable breakfast. We chose this hotel amongst other hotels because it says it serves breakfast, but they just give you bread. No butter, no jam, no cheese, no eggs, no salad. We complained to the staff and sent an email to the hotel manager that same day, but they replied that they call bread a breakfast and we can either eat it or not as this is a "free breakfast" - what a joke. If they would have never mentioned that breakfast is included in the stay that would be fine. But since they claim that breakfast is served in the morning when you book a room and all you get is bread, then they are knowingly giving wrong information. When you say that you give breakfast it should be more than just bread! Furthermore, from reading other reviews from the last 6 months, Nest Hotel Osaka Umeda clearly knows about this issue, they reply by promising guests who complained to improve on this issue, but nothing has been done to actually serve a real breakfast or to erase the "breakfast is included in your stay". For lying about breakfast and for clearly lying to guests who have complained in the past and present, we give them the worse score we have ever given a hotel. Judge the included photos.

Fair 4.0
Location is great, however, we would not stay here again. While the hotel looks new and modern, it was clear the room was filthy once we settled in. Carpets looked like they had never once been vacuumed and the walls were covered with splatter in some spots. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, particularly the pillows and the towels and water glasses were never cleaned or changed despite staying for over a week - even when we asked to have the room made-up. Additionally, the staff at the front desk do not speak English. This would not normally be something that bothers us but it made it hard to check in and ask questions about the room (ie. cleaning).
