Difficult to get directions from the airport even for locals.

Staffs at the hotel can’t speak English even involve hotel manager It’s quite far from the downtown But facility and room was great

Hotel is next to a Audi office building. The main theme of the hotel seems to be related to this point and has a German feel to it. Excellent "Paulaner" bar. Check in was uneventful. The staff had little English skills and had to use a translation app on their app to communicate. 500 RMB deposit was required for incidentals. Room was not as clean as expected. Breakfast was excellent. Concierge was very helpful in getting a taxi for me, since I did not have the "Didi" app on my phone. Make sure to have the address of your destination written in Chinese. Taxi was very hard for the concierge to get during morning rush hour. Overall, a very nice hotel. Recommended.

Begynte oppholdet med å ikke ha rom da hotellet hadde tullet med reservasjonen. Etter litt om og men så fikk vi rom, men av dårligere standard. Har blitt opplyst på hotellets hjemmeside om både spasenter, og basseng, dette har de IKKE. Prøvde å få bedre rom med de fasilitetene vi hadde bestilt, men ble møtt med dårlige holdninger og ikke god service. Kina i seg selv er veldig bra, men hold dere langt unna dette hotellet.

Hotel caters for Westerners very well. Pleasantly surprised at large rooms, nice bathrooms, and large selection for breakfast.

Ideal location for business trip. 30mins to airport and international exhibition hall. But a bit far from city area. I am happy with the room and food. Meet expectation.
