Stayed here for the close proximity to universal studios and the shuttle service they provide. Starbucks in the lobby is great to start the morning before heading to park. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant and food was fine but what stood out was that the waiting staff was amazing.

Worth the price

This place is fantastic! The pool area is awesome, with plenty of games for adults and kids. There’s cornhole, Connect Four, and Jenga. And guess what? There are quick shuttle rides every 8 minutes to Universal Studios. Oh, and the beds are super clean and comfortable.

This was our second stay at the hotel and the overall service and cleanliness was good. The only drawback was that the shower gel was empty, but we didn't bother the staff because we brought our own. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family who are coming to Universal Studios.

Good with caveats

Pros: Great location for Universal! The restaurant in house also has great service and really tasty food after a busy day in the park. My kid also loved the pool and the room had nice views. The queen sized bed was actually a queen and quite comfortable. Cons: peeling wallpaper, fixtures hanging off the walls, and the hide a “bed” was in no way comfortable. Luckily our kid is young and his body could handle it, but it was utterly terrible.
