Due to severe weather conditions all flights were grounded at DFW Airport. Had to stay overnight along with about 100 more customera. Front desk had two employees and they handled it all beautifully. I was very impressed! Thank you, I will definitely stay there again.

The morning staff on December 23, 2024, were truly exceptional. In particular, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter. She patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns, demonstrating a level of dedication and care that truly exceeded our expectations.
