I really liked the second floor pool, it was very nice and clean and has an awesome view of the Acapulco bay. The customer service from Nicolas was excellent. I did not like the sewer smell inside the hotel and across the city.

Its an old construction that has not been updated in a while. We had an all inclusive package which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner but only at the buffet. They included one night only for dinner at a restaurant. That was a disaster. Service was bad, food was bad. An awful experience.

Never booking through expedia again. The property has beds like rocks and music playing so loud it’s imposible to sleep. The property is outdated. There was no shower curtain on our tub, the floor was not moped and our bathroom had a terrible smell 24/7. The staff was very rude and did not provide any information unless you dialed 0 for everything. You were required to use a wristband just to be at the hotel or they will not allow you to go to get on the elevator unless you had it on.

I had high hopes for this resort, but was immediately disappointed on arrival. There were about 5 bell men at their desk, and even though they saw me struggling with getting my heavy luggage down, no one provided their assistance, they just continued to stand there and look. The service staff at the restaurant were a hit or miss. Some looked bothered when you asked for certain things while other where pleasant. The drink, very disappointing! Nothing tasted right!

First of all , I didn’t like the fact that the employees there do not care about their guests. They have attitudes. The bar at the pool stopped serving drinks before the closing time. The food was horrible. The Italian restaurant made us wait 2 hrs and 32 minutes after been seated to serve us the main meal. And to top it of my room’s ac was not working properly the first day. On the last day my security box didn’t want to open and the front desk didn’t didn’t answer my call. I had to come down twice from room 2514 to get help. I almost missed my flight. Will never stay here again.

Pues para ser todo incluido queda lejos en la mañana no hay ni un refresco hasta las 11am y en el restaurante tampoco tienen hasta las 11am y los snak se acaban a las 6 pm y de 6 a 7 pmno hay bebidas y a las 11pm se acaba todo y hasta las 11am del siguiente dia hay refresco. Y estan reparando habitaciónes y estaban taladrando desde las 8am y les hable 3 veces(por cierto de mi celular porque no tienen teléfono en la habitación) y hasta las 11 20 am dejaron de taladrar ya no pude descansar. La verdad no regresaré jamás a ese hotel. Lo único bueno ws que las habitaciones estan recién remodeladas. El agua de la regadera de repente se calienta horrible y quema te tienes que quitar rápido y solita en 30 segundos se vuelve a como estaba
