Our room smelled of cigarettes and this is a smoke free hotel. The bathroom light did not work properly, flickered like they do in Horror film. Chunks of hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was very friendly.

Do not stay here.
This hotel says it has a “good” rating above 7.4. Yeah that should be lowered to something sub 5.0 as it was very poor. I booked this room for my MIL and my daughter and the room was disgusting, the bathtub was absolutely filthy, and the door lock wouldn’t lock correctly. When looking closer, the door frame had clearly been busted before indicating that someone had likely broken into that room at some point. My family didn’t take showers and ended up keeping all their clothes on and sleeping on top of the sheets is how bad this place was. I don’t understand how these hotels think things like that are acceptable and are willing to put paying customers in awful rooms.

Worst comfort inn property
One of the worst comfort inn properties that I have stayed in my life. Dirty hall ways, dirty foors in and outside of the rooms. Dirty elevators with trash on the floor. Coffee machine not working at the break fast. No fruit juice in the machines, when asked, I was asked use the water. Pathetic and rude behaviour by the staff at the breakfast

Lower than average hotel
When I checked in they didn't even ask for my ID or credit card. I had pre-paid for the room, but every other hotel I go to still requires that - so I was concerned about the security. Rooms were just okay - the hotel is not that clean and very old. Breakfast was lower than everage. People all came in the last 30 minutes (8;30-9:00am) so there was a line and the staff couldn't keep up with the number of people.
