Extremely spacious villa with a very large private swimming pool. Beach is right next to restaurant, sandy and not crowded. Service was impeccable and fully representative of the extraordinary hospitable values Thai culture beholds. Suri from reception was exceptional throughout. Lek from Spa is one of the best masseuse I have come across in Thailand. We will be recommending this place to other close family and friends.

The hotel itself and the garden villa with pool is stunning. Perfect location on a quiet beach. Hotel transfer excellent service. Check in and out easy. Welcome drink as very cheap apply juice. The staff were helpful in suggesting day trips. I do not feel this is a 5 star hotel however. The food quality is very average and disappointing. The Chinese dim sum was the best selection at breakfast. The meat quality was very poor. Over cooked salmon at dinner time. Fruit and vegetables at breakfast/lunch/dinner were good but small selection. Cheap juice from concentrate at breakfast.The wine selection is limited and very poor selection of what is available. A bottle of Veuve Clicquot is almost £200 which is exponentially expensive. Cocktails were expensive for the size. Construction throughout the day was not what you expect at a relaxing 5 star resort. Why does the grass need to be cut at 1pm by the pool area disturbing the peace and quiet? Also construction near the rooms started at 8am. When I requested that the workmen not work near my villa while I was making use of the outdoor bath tub, this request was ignored and the workmen could see into my private garden area from the work they were doing on a higher balcony. Inside the room was very clean but the garden and pool and bath tub area neglected in cleaning. The glass sliding doors were very dirty. Bottled water every day was nice. Mini bar selection good. The hotel offer mosquito spray repellent to guests complimentary.
