Communication is Key
Our stay was wonderful through and through until it came down to service. One of the front desk receptionists’ attitude upon arrival was less than desirable. He made us feel uncared for which isn’t a surprise given his customer service skills weren’t the greatest. The only other gripe my boyfriend and I had was the lack of communication between staff. We spoke w/ whoever was at the desk the night of 03/16/23 asking for a late check-out. The kind woman informed us that it is free but late check-out would be by 1:00pm instead of 11:00am. Next morning at 11:05am, we were called from the front desk which we had missed due to being hungover. 10 minutes later at 11:15am, the same front desk receptionist who had piss poor customer service banged on our door to say “11:00am was check-out”. We inform him of our interaction w/ the receptionist from the night prior and he leaves. THEN AGAIN, 15min later at 11:30am, we get another knock about us staying in the room but it was a really sweet housekeeper woman. Overall, the stay, room, amenities, parking and whatnot was pretty good. It’s just the service we received could’ve been better.
