I will not use hotels.com ever again or stay at this chain of hotels. I asked for a refund 3 weeks before my stay and was denied. I even had the insurance. They could have easily resold my room but they denied my refund. No reason was told to me. Not cool. Very disappointed in this matter

Clean, quiet, simple. My only disappointment was that the hot water went out in much of the hotel for about 24-36 hours. Other than that, not bad. Room also had a microwave, which was a nice addition.

Covenient Clean and 1 mile from PBI
This is a good go to when you need to be next to PBI to catch an early flight. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was typical but fine. I’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times and will likely stay here again

A quick overnight stay before picking up a rental car. Property was clean but dated. It was advertised as having a shuttle to and from the airport. This is not true. You must provide own service.

Booking
I come into town for work and always schedule the same night. Your algorithm schedules me the next day. It’s happened more than once and it’s super irritating to be charged with no refund and not being able to sleep in the room I’m booked. At the end of the day I can understand it is the users fault on the app, but if I don’t stay there, I definitely should be reimbursed. And when you ask the third-party front desk, they never have any answers and I understand that part two. Just looking for some help.
