Great time in SD!
We had a great time. The atmosphere at the resort was a perfect getaway from the Colorado snow. The quality of the room wasn't amazing, but it was clean and solid. The main area for improvement was in soundproofing. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Attended the LSS Conference. The conference amenities were clean and accommodating. Had a room at the Regency Tower, which was towards the back of the property. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Heated pool. Onsite eatery options was convenient. Would stay again, but at the other options outside the Regency Tower.

Pros: Excellent resort with good pool, Jacuzzi, plenty of areas to relax and good environment Cons: Service. The TV remote did not work and no one came to fix it, even after calling multiple times and them telling us someone will come to fix it. After calling and asking for toilet paper, no one came to refill it. Room looked old. Cleanliness of the pools surrounding area was bad, even at 10am. There was trash around the Jacuzzi area that wasn't picked up.
